Governance & Nominating Committee

The GNC is a CAIR Governance Committee. The GNC advances excellent governance practices and procedures of the CAIR Board. GNC maintains a criteria-based grid of desired Board member attributes, and works with CAIR members across Canada and the PHOs to find suitable candidates for nomination to the CAIR Board.
